Dance, Play, Say! is an inclusive workshop exploring social dance, storytelling, and improvisation.
Drawing on social dance principles and African urban dance styles, participants are invited to learn, share, and bring their own movement experiences into the space.

Through guided improvisation, dance theatre techniques, and playful exploration of verbal and non-verbal expression, we’ll experiment with connection, narrative, and presence. Together, we’ll practice listening, responding, and performing in the moment — creating short, spontaneous performances shaped by movement, voice, and relationship.

Open to all levels of experience. Curiosity and willingness to play are all you need.
